Barlow Breads
We affectionately call our first sourdough starter Barlow—it's a historic one from 1847, rescued from the Oregon Trail. I adore it for its gentle, mild taste and the wonderfully light, airy texture it brings to bakes! My other go-to is Wally, sourced from a passionate sourdough expert I follow in Tennessee. Her powerhouse starter, Eve, has become a sensation in the Facebook sourdough community with its vigor and reliability. Wally offers a classic, balanced flavor that's perfect for traditional sourdough recipes.
